It is absolutely essential for adventurers to be prepared.  Each day will be a little different and it will take some time to prep and pack.

Mountain Days

1 pair long pants (sweatpants or leggings)

2 pairs underwear

2 pairs of socks (preferably non-cotton)

1 pair sneakers/hiking boots
